The finished package

Job Goes To Press

Approval

Take time to look over your proofs carefully. If you are completely satisfied, just shoot an email to your Project Manager to let him/her know and we’ll get started on printing your job!

You Get Your Finished Package

You get your finished CD, DVD or CD-Rom package and everyone is impressed with how awesome it looks! Now you’ll have a better chance of getting noticed by your target market, whether they’re new fans, DJ’s and station directors, record labels, prospective clients, film festivals or more!

Design

The designer will thoroughly review all of your materials and get started on the design. They may use images from our stock library, or textures and effects to enhance your package design. Our designers will create one complete package solution to best suit your needs. An art director will work closely with the designer, providing feedback to ensure your package is designed appropriately and is professional quality.

Send Hard Copy Proofs

We will print your project to one of our digital proofers and mail the hard copies to you overnight. While your final print may vary slightly from these hard copies, our proofers are calibrated to simulate our press colors as close as possible. Rest-assured that your final print will meet our high standards.

Changes are Made

Do you have tweaks and text changes, or are looking for something different? No worries, just type out your changes in an email and send it to your Project Manager and our designers will get right on it. All of our design work comes with a no-fine-print guarantee: You will be completely satisfied or you pay nothing. Most new proofs will be sent to you within 24 hours via email with a link to view a high resolution PDF file. If any of the changes require color corrections, we may opt to send you another hard copy proof instead. It’s worth noting that 75% of our clients approve their designs within two rounds of proofs.

Preflight

Our Design Support team will check out any materials you’ve sent. If we are missing anything or if we find any issues with your digital files, we will immediately notify the Project Manager assigned to your job and he/she will contact you.

Scanning / Image Prep

We have a professional scanner operator on staff who utilizes our top-of-the-line drum scanner for scanning original photographs. If you supplied digital files instead, our designers will open all of the files and prepare them for our printing purposes. We’ll take care of things such as re-sizing, cropping, and converting from RGB color mode to CMYK. If you need retouching, a silhouette, or a custom illustration, see the Additional Services section.

Typesetting / Proofreading

If you supplied hard copies, we will typeset your job and proofread it. If you sent us a digital text file, we will run spellcheck.

This image of Chipmunk's CD cover of his single 'Oopsy Daisy'. The Song is about a girl baking his heart. They put it in a ert form by making it look like the CD cover is bokering to show how he feels in song.
