Unit 2 - Performance
In my group is
Helen
Lauren
James
Dennis
We are doing performance on a radio play on a plane
The scene is set on a plane
The beginning will be set in the plane
middle not sure
end not sure
in the plane we are talking
my role I will play two people e.g. a child and staff on the plane.
The characters are the air hostess, children and background noises.
We can split most of the characters up
It starts off when everyone is on the plane going to America, but then half way through, the lights start to go off and everything strange happens. Everyone starts to get worried and wonders what is going on but no one knows what to do. People start to realise the plane is getting lower but when the air hostess goes to see the captain she see that he is dead. He has been killed by someone on the plane but they don't find him. In the end someone knows how to fly plane so they all survive except the pilot. The killer gets away. On the plane it is half way through and kids are screaming and people are watching a film. There are background noises and people talking about going to America.
I am playing two characters a kid on the plane and the pilot.
The kid I'm playing is around the age of 9 which is hyper child which likes to move a lot.
The pilot I'm playing is around the age of 30-40 while I'm flying the plane I get a heart attack
Lines
Pilot: Welcome to Virgin airlines i will be your pilot for the day we will be arriving at JFK at approximately 6am so i hope you enjoy the flight.
Air hostess: welcome, how are you? if you would like to take your seats thank you.

Air hostess - Yes right here, you can put your bags up there.

CD Cover Work
For my front cover I used the image of a path-way with a street light. In my design I tried to show a guy with a broken heart . I used Fire Works to produce my design. I also used Photo Shop to make this CD cover. To help draw the design I made use of tablets to make this part easy.
The back cover has the lists of tracks and a background of a street and a picture. The main thinking behind my design was the broken heart on the body that really stands out, so it would catch people’s eye. The stages I went though to get to this point was by looking at what an Artefact is, Analysing CD Covers by professional designers and by looking at package analysis.

Chris Brown CD Words
- The designer has used the colours white and black because they stand out together
- The image they have used is the image of the artist. The album is aimed at teenagers so they made him look urban to it active teenagers.
- The typography the designers used is very good because it has geaffiti and that what teenagers like also they changed the letter I in his name to a mic phone instead.
- My information on the CD cover is the list of tracks, Record label and bar code.
- My impression of the CD cover was very urban and that this is the type of thing that teenagers like.
B.I.G CD Work
- The designer has used the colours red, white and black. They have used red because it stands out.
- They have used the image B.I.G because the album is about him and other people who looked up to him and that are famous too.
- The typography on the front is simple.
- The logo on the left hand side shows that there is swearing on it.
- Is a nice picture of him and if you are a fan of him you would like it and the colours are also strong.
- There is not really a target market just if you like hip hop you would like this music from ages (11 -13)

Batman Movie Work
The Batman movie I'm doing a research on was made in 1989 and was made in between October 1988 to January 1989.
The movie was created in Pinewood Studios the major British film studio situated in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, approximately 20 miles (32 km) west of Central London.
The producers of the film were Peter Guber, Jon Peters, Michael Uslan and Benjamin Melniker. The director of the film was Tim Burton who is also famous for films like Batman, Batman Returns, Planet of the Apes, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the up coming film in 2010 Alice in Wonderland. Benjamin Melniker is also famous for producing all the batman films including Batman Returns made in 1992 and The Dark Knight made in 2008. He even produced The Spirit in 2009.
The Music was made by Danny Elfman and Prince the American singer.
The screen play also known as the plot is:
After a young boy witnesses his parents' murder on the streets of Gotham City, he grows up to become the Batman - a mysterious figure in the eyes of Gotham's citizens - who takes crime-fighting into his own hands. He first emerges out of the shadows when the Joker appears - a horribly disfigured individual who is out for revenge on his former employer and generally likes to have a good time.
Editor -Editing is the process of preparing language, images, sound, video, or film through correction, condensation and organization.
Producer - A person that creates the conditions for making movies.
Best Boy - In a film crew there are two kinds of best boy: best boy electric and best boy grip.
Gaffer - The chief electrician on a movie set.
